At Yoga Centre, we aim to create a space where you can come in good, grow together in a safe space within your individual practice and leave better. It is our intention to welcome you as you are, and to provide a space that nurtures and supports you on your journey. We challenge each individual to be fully present, and invite you to uncover a new way of being in your body. By improving your strength, mobility endurance and mindset, our mission is to elevate how you think and feel each and every day.

BOYD THOMSON
When you step onto the mat with me, you’ll experience a sense of calm and focus washing over you. With each breath, your mind steadies, and your body feels renewed with a sense of balance, strength, and flexibility that moves from your body to your soul. As a cyclist, I have come to value yoga as a complementary routine to any workout, as well as a life-giving discipline in itself. It helps me remain centered and enhances clarity, and I feel grateful to be able to share the gifts of yoga with others.
In my teaching, I strive to make yoga fun and safe for everyone by emphasizing basic and accessible ideas. My hands-on approach guides and enhances your experience, ensuring that you can practice with confidence and ease. I am dedicated to supporting you on your journey to health and well-being through the transformative power of yoga.

VANESSA THOMSON
Originally from Argentina, I was blessed to find yoga. My life is guided by the words: Healing, Movement, and Creation. I am deeply passionate about yoga and its transformative power to heal both the body and the mind. Stepping onto the mat, I feel a sense of peace and connection with myself that is unique. As a yoga teacher, I strive to create a safe and nurturing space where my students can explore the practice of yoga and experience the many benefits it has to offer. I specialize in Pre and Post Natal Yoga, as well as Kids Yoga, and have studied in India to deepen my knowledge and practice.
As a mom of 2 happy and wonderful kids, I understand the importance of finding balance and taking care of ourselves. My passion for healing, movement, and creation extends beyond the yoga mat and into all aspects of my life. I am grateful to share my gifts and knowledge with others on their own healing and wellness journeys.
